Mr. Vinand Arabale , a mechanical engineering post-graduate, has total 18 years of experience of working with World’s top-most manufacturing organizations in more than 4 countries such as UK, USA, Singapore and Germany. He has worked on various defense, automotive and aerospace domain manufacturing projects and have several international paper publications against his name.

In his last stint as an employee he was Indo-Pacific head for a fortune 500 company “Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence (HMI)” . Because of his work experience he has good connect with the manufacturing companies across the globe. At present he acts as a “Marketing & Sales Director” for Vinvent Teknow. He also manages the finance & HR team of Vinvent Teknow.

Mr. Abhijit Joshi , a mechanical engineering graduate, has total 15 years of experience of working with various manufacturing, auto-ancillary companies in various roles such as plant head, operation head etc. He has excellent shop-floor and process knowledge background. At present he acts as a “ Technical Director” for Vinvent Teknow , managing all the day today operations
